National Law Journal seeks class actions reporter

The National Law Journal/Law.com is hiring a reporter to coverage legal issues with a specific focus on class actions and products liability lawsuits, settlements and related issues. This reporter will be expected to write fast on deadline, to be very productive, and to handle multiple reporting and email newsletter tasks, including posting stories through social media. The position will be based in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications:
Candidates should have a strong interest in reporting on legal issues. We prefer candidates with 1-3 years of professional reporting experience but welcome applications from recent college graduates with extensive internship experience. The ability to write clearly and concisely with precision about complicated legal topics is key. We want reporters who thrive on breaking news.
