Narratively is looking for personal story writers

We’re excited to add more stories to our popular Secret Lives collection. In particular, we’d love to see pitches (reported or memoir) about people who have intriguing passions, hobbies or jobs that they’ve kept secret from their friends and family—or family secrets that they’ve kept hidden from everyone.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN SUBMISSION

Write a short introduction about yourself
Include a paragraph highlighting your writing experience, relevant credentials and publication credits
Attach links to your strongest work or portfolio, and online profile.

COMPENSATION

  • $500 per article-  Pay starts at $500, with room to go up for more ambitious stories. Pitches for this theme are due by 6/6/22.
