We’re looking for a hungry, curious person to join our team, which covers business and economic news throughout the West Michigan region.
As an organization, we value doing research, asking questions, working with editors to hone story angles and performing rigorous fact-checking before stories are published. We prefer someone who has a journalism degree, 1-2 years of experience and a hunger to learn about how business works.
We provide extensive on-the-job training, which has helped previous reporters move on to careers in journalism at major metro business publications, as well as PR, marketing and advertising. We offer competitive pay, benefits and retirement plans.
