As Central Valley Executive Editor, you will work with talented journalists in three McClatchy newsrooms to reach an ever-growing and increasingly diverse audience of readers, viewers and listeners in Fresno, Modesto and Merced. This person must have experience in newsroom transformation and be prepared to approach the role with fresh ideas about how to serve an audience that is diverse and dynamic.
The Central Valley executive editor will provide a strategic vision for the entire region spanning the 100-mile stretch of Highway 99 from Modesto to Merced to Fresno.
