The Maryland Daily Record is seeking a reporter to cover the state’s diverse business community. This beat covers a broad range of topics, from financial services to technology, from long-established universities and hospitals to startups.

This reporter will dig into economic development trends, entrepreneurship, innovation, nonprofits and how state and local policymaking affect business practices. We’re looking for candidates with multimedia skills who love storytelling, have a hunger for breaking news online and the skills and talent to fashion it into a compelling story for print.
