MarketWatch.com seeks corporate regulation reporter/editor

MarketWatch seeks an editor/reporter who can oversee coverage of one of the most important and exciting stories of the moment: corporate and financial regulation.

Important, because the economy, society and the future of capitalism are at stake. Exciting, since due to the festering showdown between Big Tech and government, and the widening GAAP between corporate accounting and reality, we can promise this journalist an embarrassment of riches.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of reporting and editing experience, knowledge of how Washington works and how companies work, a desire to shuttle among the SEC, DOJ, FTC and CFTC, and a passion for helping readers make sense of this vital, if sometimes confounding, subject with accuracy, punch and panache.
