This editor will lead a team of reporters, designers, and social media editors, coordinating coverage across every section of the site. and will also be able to represent the newsroom in meetings with outside platforms.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years editing experience at a digital news site, possess fantastic story judgment, the ability to spot the angle that resonates most, and an understanding of how to use audience data and analytics to read readers’ minds.
