The candidate should be a tenacious, resourceful reporter, able to run down leads, develop sources and write quickly and well on deadline. Responsibilities include a mix of breaking real estate deals and longer feature stories. Several years of reporting experience a must; real-estate experience is helpful but not required.
Basic web-publishing skills are also helpful. The position is based in New York City.
