Mainebiz is looking for its next editor to lead our top-notch editorial and design team to produce its award-winning bi weekly news publication, a daily enewsletter, a weekly enewsletter, website and several b2b business events.
The ideal candidate is an excellent journalist, and savvy editor who can coach and motivate a team of reporters and freelancers to produce regional business news and information for the state’s key business decision-makers. Along with having outstanding writing and editing skills, we are looking for someone who can work a room, is as comfortable talking in front of a crowd as they are one-on-one with a top CEO.
Based in Portland, Maine, Mainebiz covers the entire state of Maine, and our edit team travels to report the stories Maine’s business community relies on to help them be informed and engaged.
