Luxury Listings NYC — a glossy magazine that covers high-end real estate and design in Manhattan — is seeking a staff reporter.
The position involves a combination of writing both short, blurb-y copy as well as longer, in-depth design features, celebrity home profiles and real estate trend stories.
The job also involves helping shape Luxury Listings’ web site, llnyc.com, as well as occasional contributions to The Real Deal, our sister publication. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a writer of clean copy and eager to report on all aspects of Manhattan’s high-end residential market and design trends.
Knowledge of NYC real estate and interior design a huge plus; knowing how to craft a news feature is crucial. Luxury Listings NYC is distributed to more than 100,000 readers in Manhattan; this position offers lots of room to grow in an entrepreneurial environment.
Candidates should send a resume and three clips to jobs@therealdeal.com with “LLNYC Reporter” in the subject head.
