Law360 seeks a senior reporter to cover mergers and acquisitions

Law360 is seeking a senior reporter to cover corporate dealmaking and the private equity space. This reporter will write regular news stories as well as analyses and features, developing a deep understanding of the beat and a reliable roster of sources.

This role can be performed anywhere within the United States.

Required:

  • At least two years of full-time, paid reporting experience
  • Demonstrated reporting and writing skills

Preferences:

  • Experience covering corporate transactions
  • Experience reporting for a legal audience
  • Experience working a beat
