The Paducah Sun has an opening for a business news reporter. Two years or more of reporting experience preferred.
Candidate should possess a natural interest in business and business publications, and be comfortable with earnings reports, business terminology and numbers. Tasks include writing for the Sun’s Sunday Business section, the monthly Four Rivers Business Journal, coverage of breaking news and development of enterprise stories about business and trends. Weekend and night work occasionally will be required.
The Paducah Sun is an 18,000 circulation morning newspaper and the flagship publication Paxton Media Group LLC, which publishes more than 30 daily newspapers in the Southeast and Midwest.
