This key editing position will require a skilled journalist with five-plus years of experience and an in-depth understanding of Oklahoma and its institutions.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven record of solid local and regional reporting, be able to meet intense daily deadlines and manage a wide range of topics and features, including columns and rotating topic pages.
The winning candidate must be versatile and be capable of translating complex issues into readable, relevant prose for the Record’s B2B audience. The candidate must be able to develop sources and nurture relationships with the state’s business community.
