The Corridor Business Journal, a growing news publication in Eastern Iowa is seeking an experienced journalist to lead the organization’s weekly publication, daily e-mail updates, social media efforts and custom publishing projects.
The editor will manage reporters, freelance writers, photographers as well as edit stories and text and plan future issues. Other expectations include participating in company events and serving as a community leader.
Candidates must have superior editing, writing and organizational skills, and be willing and flexible to participate in all aspects of a fast growing, multi-faceted entrepreneurial media company. Knowledge of the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor is preferred.
