International Business Times seeks London journalists

The International Business Times is looking for Online Journalists to work in its London newsroom in Canary Wharf and to cover news for an online audience.

Multiple positions are available and in particular we are looking for journalists who can work on our Technology, Entertainment, Foreign and General News desks.

Preferred candidates will be able to take a traditional news story and find new ways and new angles in which to present it to a mass audience, while maintaining a high level of quality.

Previous online experience is a must and experience at a “New Media” publication will be of special interest.

Chris Roush

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
