The International Business Times is seeking a copy editor.
Responsibilities include checking stories for grammar, spelling and conformity to AP Style, as well as line editing.
Requirements:
Two to three years experience on the copy desk of a newspaper or wire service; able to work with a computer-based content management system; willing to tackle a broad range of stories (from finance to entertainment); experience with and aptitude for writing SEO headlines; and flexible schedule.
