The Philadelphia Inquirer is offering numerous newsroom summer internships in 2020. Candidates should be self-starters and excited about today’s journalism across multiple platforms.
Interns work a 40-hour week for 10 weeks beginning in the weeks of June 1 or 15 depending on the close of their academic year. Pay is $18 an hour. Internships may include but are limited to features reporting, business reporting, news reporting, print operations, sports, visuals, audience and producer.
The ideal candidate is someone studying journalism or communications who has a strong knowledge of the many platforms of today’s journalism.
