Gray Television is a leading media company that owns and operates high-quality stations in 113 television markets that collectively reach 36 percent of US television households

WALA FOX10 News is a local media organization producing news, weather and original content for the Gulf Coast. Located in Mobile, AL. WALA is the oldest existing television station in the state of Alabama. FOX10 takes pride in a winning culture and is committed to the community.

WALA is looking for a Multimedia Journalist to join the team on our top-rated morning newscast.

  • We are looking for someone who will dig, develop sources and embrace all aspects of the storytelling process – enterprising, shooting, writing, editing, and presenting on camera.
  • Digital storytelling is a key component of our MMJ duties, so candidates must be skilled in using digital and social tools to enhance stories, gather information, and engage with the audience.
  • We want someone with a positive attitude, who can ignore distractions and noise, and focus on our objectives: journalism that matters; and, winning.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelors or better – (preferred)
  • Driver’s License – (required)
