Global Healthcare IT is looking for a UX writer

Global Healthcare IT is looking for a writer to provide engaging, informative and instructional copy for our website and native apps. Copy should help drive users through sequential steps in workflow to achieve a goal, set a mood, take an action or provide a better understanding of programs. Writer will ensure tone and voice is consistent with style and brand guidelines as provided and will work with various UX leads and partners to ensure copy is presented in a consumer-friendly manner.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborative with UX and product partners
  • Writing clear and error-free content for web, app and user journey touch points
  • Work directly with UX lead to understand message, brand voice and target audience
  • Propose copy concepts in an engaging way for clients and carry out projects as they are approved
  • Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts
  • Collaborating with UX team to brainstorm and develop a variety of user journey scenarios that may require instructional copy direction
  • Working with clients to edit and modify copy to meet their content expectations
  • Strong communication skills and communicate directly hotel teams and stakeholders
  • Attend daily stand-up to report on progress and roadblocks (as identified)
  • Work with team on necessary content edits
  • Proficient with computers, login processes, peripherals and taking initiative to assemble and create a working remote station
  • Self-manage an assigned list of work, thorough and accurate in accomplishing tasks

EXPERIENCE

  • Copy for web and native apps: 3 years (Required)
  • UX: 3 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
  • Google Suite: 3 years (Required)
