Gawker is looking for writers

April 4, 2022

Gawker is soliciting pitches for: cutting criticism, thoughtful reviews, weird essays, strong opinions, interesting reporting on a variety of topics.

I tend to gravitate toward culture, film, tv, the internet, media, race, gender, and books, among other things, but open to almost anything as long as it’s a unique, smart, interesting story from a strong writer.
