You’ll help reporters develop must-read stories about the most dynamic people and issues in U.S. geopolitics. You’ll work closely with the Wall Street Journal’s team of Washington reporters covering foreign policy, Defense and the State departments, helping them conceptualize big impactful stories and elevate breaking news with unique angles.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable handling breaking news, editing ambitious long-form features and coaching reporters to produce their best work.
