Richmond Times-Dispatch seeks a business reporter

The Richmond Times-Dispatch is hiring an aggressive and creative journalist to help us deepen our coverage of the region’s vibrant business community.

Our area is home to numerous Fortune 500 companies and major players in the tech, finance and medical sectors, plus a thriving dining scene and real estate market.

There’s plenty to write about, from covering small businesses and buzzy topics to localizing global economic trends for our local audience.

We’re looking for a journalist who can break news and move with urgency to connect with readers on all platforms, including video, while developing long-range enterprise journalism. A background in data journalism is highly desirable.

Send a resume, cover letter and five examples of your best work to ccurran@timesdispatch.com.
