Industry Dive seeks a reporter for CX Dive

CX Dive is looking for a staff reporter to join an ambitious team covering the customer experience industry.

As a part of your regular duties as a staff reporter, you will report and write on news impacting the industry, build sources and interview industry executives, analysts and other relevant newsmakers. In this role on CX Dive, you will detail how businesses interact with and maintain their customer bases across industries, from airlines to restaurants. You will also explore the changing shape of loyalty programs and look into the impact AI is having on customer experiences.

You will cultivate a beat, learn and analyze the trends impacting customer experience, develop relationships with key industry sources, collaborate with your team daily and travel to cover relevant industry events.

We don’t expect candidates to be experts on customer experience. We are looking for candidates who will bring their curiosity to the table and are eager to hone their business journalism skills and write for a target audience.
