Among the initiatives that will be part of the assistant US managing editor’s portfolio will be partnerships with social media groups like LinkedIn, and groups like the National Association of Black Journalists and National Association of Hispanic Journalists, coordinating on joint projects with Nikkei, and helping steer cross-FT efforts to better engage with students and academia.
