FundFire, part of the Financial Times, is recruiting a talented, motivated journalist to take on our endowments, foundations and investment consultants beat.
In this role, you’ll get to follow the money and report on how large and influential institutional investors are putting their assets to work. You’ll get to cover how university endowments are navigating a fraught environment, as they face contending demands from the Trump administration and activists seeking divestment agendas. We are looking for a reporter who can develop sources within these institutions, as well as the investment consultants and asset managers who influence them. The ideal candidate for this job has strong journalism fundamentals, and is motivated to find scoops as well as producing analytical pieces breaking down trends in the sector.
