Forbes is looking for an exceptional journalist to help with its coverage of the world’s financial titans.
Writing for both the magazine and Forbes.com, you’ll play a key role in the creation of some of our most important lists, including the World’s Billionaires, Forbes 400, The Highest-Paid Hedge Fund Managers, 30 Under 30 in financial services and many more. The ideal candidate will be:
- Skilled at researching, interviewing and writing thoughtfully about hedge fund billionaires and other influential people in the world’s financial markets;
- An expert in breaking news and telling compelling stories for both print and online;
- Able to help recruit and manage a team of outside contributors who can lend their experience and expertise to writing about hedge funds;
- Knowledgeable regarding how the asset management industry—and its unique culture–works and have a deep interest in it
- Exceptionally numerate and proficient with Excel
- Deeply familiar with major corporate financial documents, SEC filings and investment documents
