Journalists with 1 to 2 years of work experience at a news publication are preferred. Recent college and journalism school graduates who have worked on student publications and in journalism internships and can show strong writing samples will be seriously considered.
Connecticut residency within convenient commuting distance of our White Plains office is a plus, but not required. Driving will be required for reporting duties.
The full-time position requires occasional photography to accompany reporting and an ability to work under deadline pressure in a demanding newsroom environment.
