Epoch Times is looking for writers

The Epoch Times is seeking a freelance writer to join our team. Areas of focus will be traditional art, classical music, architecture, pre-modern literature, history and traditional culture.

At Epoch Times, our mission is to revive traditional culture. It is imperative that the arts and culture showcase beauty, tradition and values. We are looking for freelance writers that share a passion for the classics and want to restore beauty, tradition, and culture by highlighting the works of antiquity with our readership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must have at least two years of experience writing for blogs or publications and be willing to send us a sample of their writing in one of the listed fields.

Preferred candidates in the field of Fine Arts will have a background in traditional art, art history or classical music.

Preferred Candidates in the field of Traditional Culture must have a knowledge and interest in history and/or classical, pre-modern literature.

Candidates must also be fluent in English.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN SUBMISSION

Write a short introduction about yourself
Include a paragraph highlighting your writing experience, relevant credentials and publication credits
Attach links to your strongest work or portfolio, and online profile.

COMPENSATION

  • $100-$250 per article
