The Show Director oversees all technical and creative aspects of individual productions in the Dow Jones studio facilities.
The SD/TD is responsible for supporting the editorial vision of the executive producer by acting as a liaison between tech and editorial ops and delivering the best possible quality in each production. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in switching and directing live newscasts.
The Show Director is a leader and an expert in live and post production, he/she can orchestrate multiple moving targets such as live video feeds, multichannel video play out, and live graphics insertion. Experience shooting and editing with Adobe Premiere is a big plus.
