The New York-based position is an excellent opportunity to work with a competitive team of journalists and editors in digging out exclusive and forward-looking stories in one of the most high-profile and newsworthy sectors.
The right candidate will be able to generate original story ideas, make new sources and develop an in-depth knowledge of the pharma industry. An established source book of life sciences or M&A sources is preferred, though applicants with a strong networking ability will be considered. This role is an ideal position for a journalist who has covered the drug development side of the industry and is looking to move into the M&A beat.
Acuris has U.S. offices in Boston, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, New York, San Francisco and Washington DC, along with journalists based in major financial centers across Europe and Asia. Exceptional candidates not based in New York will be considered.
