  • Manage and mentor staff writers while overseeing delivery of timely, accurate content.
  • Partner with teams across our organization (test engineers and market analysts, as well as members of our survey, advocacy, statistics, communications, design, and other teams) to make on-strategy, data-driven content decisions.
  • Act as an in-house spokesperson or source for external media interviews, as well as a subject-matter expert on camera in CR videos.
  • Move content through the production process.
  • Pursue in-depth reporting and writing projects, as necessary.
