Cold Ash St Mark’s is looking for a project management writer

Cold Ash St Mark’s is looking for committed freelance writers with experience in the project management and software space.

You’d be writing word pieces for a number of industry-leading clients on topics such as project management methodologies, industry-based campaign management, sales, marketing and HR processes, and more.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be provided links to recent examples of published content (ideally within this vertical) during training.

We’ll provide you with a clear writing process, support documentation for every client and an editorial team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for documenting, and updating IT service delivery, business analysis, and project management processes remotely
  • Prepare the manuscripts according to the style guides of the submitting journal
  • Scheduling and driving documentation reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Submit and follow the manuscript from drafting through to publication
  • Responsible for assessing and documenting issues and prepare recommendations for how to implement solutions
  • Take direction from the Senior Project Manager and provide support as requested
  • Support State management and staff in the delivery of project management and portfolio management service offerings
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of one year of experience managing writer documentation projects as a project lead
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and maintain an extremely high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively on concurrent projects.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ensure compliance with writing style guidelines.
  • Self-motivation and flexibility required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a diverse team with a commitment to equity and inclusion.

EXPERIENCE

  • Technical Writers: 1 year (Preferred)

COMPENSATION

  • $21 – $32 an hour
