ABOUT THE ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

US citizens or GC Holders

Location : 100 % REMOTE role

Duration : 1 year plus extensions

You will:

  • Write clear and concise content across multiple touch points (including product names, labels and navigational elements, tutorials, and notifications).
  • Work hand-in-hand with UX Designers to shape product experiences by creating useful, meaningful technical text and documents that help users complete the task at hand.
  • Set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. Manage user experience writing workflow, maintaining deadlines and ensuring timely deliverables to design team.
  • Work independently with limited guidance and direction on moderately complex projects.
  • Participate in the creation and evolution of user experience messaging strategy.
  • Recommend messaging solutions that support the user experience and meet brand tone and voice guidelines.
