The copy editor ensures that Chronicle copy receives a high standard of copy editing, fact checking, and polishing. This editor works on stories for both the website and print, builds the daily newsletter, copy edits other newsletters, and does some web production, such as publishing articles online. The person in this position writes compelling headlines, captions, and pullquotes to draw in readers on all platforms.
This position has the option of being fully remote, in-office, or hybrid.
