Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience at a daily newspaper and deep knowledge of AP Style. Experience on the business beat is a must.
As a reporter/editor, you will report to the city editor and will be responsible for preparing a story budget and writing content for the weekly Charlottesville Biz Journal, in addition to contributing to the daily paper.
The job requires occasional night, weekend and holiday shifts.
