CFO Journal seeks reporter in New York

CFO Journal is looking for a sharp reporter to dig deep into corporate finance issues. CFO Journal helps readers understand the decisions that affect the bottom line, from cash management and accounting, to M&A; and IPOs.

The right candidate will demonstrate an understanding of financial regulation, earnings and deal execution. The writing needs to be sophisticated enough for CFOs, yet clear enough to be understood by intelligent readers with an interest in finance.

The position is based in New York, and includes some travel.

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
