CalMatters is hiring for a technology reporter to report and write long-form and short stories and multimedia presentations about California technology issues with close attention to state policies and legislation.
The reporter will also need to think creatively about formats and tools for communicating tech-related issues. He/she will also be required to take part in radio shows, public events and live video sessions.
Candidates must have experience covering the technology industry or tech policy. An understanding of technology policy, especially in California is also required.
