ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be expected to produce at least 400 words per hour or 2000 words during your shift. The exact word count will depend on the complexity of the assignment and your familiarity with the topic, but on average monthly, you should be able to produce at this rate.
You will work using our platforms. We use Monday.com for assignments and for keeping track of hours, Google Drive for writing and editing, and Slack for communications. We also use different industry software products, depending on client requirements, such as the SEMrush or Frase writing tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
You can live anywhere but you must be willing to work a set shift, 25 hours minimum per week, sometime between the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM EST.
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN SUBMISSION
1. A copy of your resume/CV.
2. A short message, just a paragraph or two, telling us a little bit about yourself that might not be in your CV such as your hobbies and interests.
3. At least one sample of your writing or a link to something you have written (preferably non-academic).
Selected applicants will be given a paid test piece, approximately 500-1000 words, paid through PayPal.
Applicants with test pieces that meet our standards will be invited to a Zoom interview, with the expectation of bringing the person onboard immediately.
