Bloomberg News seeks a Team Leader to joins its London bureau. Responsibilities include generating and shaping ideas, editing copy, coaching and mentoring reporters and collaborating with editors across the organization.
The successful applicant will be able to work with reporters to produce breaking news stories under deadline pressure, as well as longer in-depth features, ensuring all are clear, comprehensive and accurate.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-Ability to work gracefully under pressure
-Ability to collaborate in a team environment
-Proven success in generating story ideas
-Proven success in mentoring and coaching reporters
-Proven success as a newsroom leader
-Knowledge of the economy, financial markets, and business
