The Speed Desk editor will produce breaking news stories on business and general interest topics: company earnings, stock market reports, announcements in politics, earthquakes.
The reporter will need to quickly read through breaking news releases in Spanish and English to find financial details and immediately transform them into real-time headlines for clients.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
-Minimum of three years of business journalism experience
-Experience working in a real-time news environment is a plus
-Ability to write quickly and concisely under deadline pressure
-Fluency in Spanish and English
