The successful applicant should have a proven ability to report on finances, operations, medical innovation and R&D activities at the world’s biggest drug makers, and be knowledgeable about the economic, social and market trends that affect the industry.
Applicants should have the ability to develop sources and produce breaking news stories under real-time deadline pressure in a team environment, as well as develop exclusive enterprise pieces. A minimum of three years of business journalism experience is preferred and a knowledge of life sciences and the health care industry is helpful.
