Applicants should have track record as a news breaker who can dig up exclusives on mergers and acquisitions, product development and regulatory matters. Applicants should also be able to produce well-crafted news stories under real-time deadline pressure in a team environment, even as they regularly develop sophisticated, exclusive enterprise pieces. Knowledge of life sciences and the health care industry is helpful but ability to break news is essential.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-Experience working in a real-time news environment
-Proven business journalism experience required
-Ability to write quickly and concisely under deadline pressure
-Fluency in English and German
