Bloomberg News seeks an editor to join its EMEA team in London.
Responsibilities include generating and shaping ideas, editing copy, coaching and mentoring reporters and interacting with fellow editors on the team as well as across the organization. The successful applicant will be able to work with reporters to produce breaking news stories under deadline pressure, ensuring all are clear, comprehensive and accurate.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-Business editing experience at a wire service
-Ability to edit copy under deadline pressure
-Proven success in producing outstanding copy
-Knowledge of the economy, financial markets, and business
