Bloomberg News is seeking an experienced editor for its corporate finance team in London.
The editor will be responsible for helping reporters break news and guiding the reporting of feature stories. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience editing enterprise stories as well as breaking news, and be able to produce clear, concise and accurate copy under pressure. The editor should be comfortable working within a team environment and must have the ability to coach reporters.
Qualifications:
-Previous financial journalism experience is essential
-Experience of working in a real time news environment is desirable
-Proven track record of editing features
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel is required
-Ability to coach reporters on interviewing and writing is essential
