Bloomberg seeks aerospace reporter in Hong Kong

Bloomberg News seeks a reporter for the Hong Kong office to join the Industry team, to cover North Asia aerospace, shipping, railways and industrial companies.

Apart from covering the daily news on these companies, the reporter is expected to break news, build contacts and expand Bloomberg’s relationship with the companies through regular interaction with executives.

The reporter must cover the earnings and press conferences of companies on the beat, and write regular enterprise stories on industry trends and market developments. The reporter will be part of the Asia Pacific industry team.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of journalism experience is essential.
– Fluency in both Chinese and English is a must
– Experience of working in a real-time news environment in desirable.
– Experience of covering industrial companies is desirable.
