Bloomberg seeking industry reporter in Stockholm

Bloomberg News is seeking an experienced reporter to help lead coverage of Nordic industrial companies out of our Stockholm office. The ideal candidate will have experience covering company and economic news at a major newspaper or news service. The candidate should have a record of breaking important stories and accustomed to producing clear and comprehensive enterprise pieces. They should be able to speak one Nordic language, preferably Swedish, other Nordic languages are a definite asset.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Considerable experience at a major newspaper or news service
– Proven ability to write clear, concise and accurate stories in English
– An effective team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Ability to speak Swedish or one of the main Scandinavian languages is required

Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill.
