You will be responsible for pitching and executing unique angles on the stories our audience cares about most. The ideal candidate is an expert in social media best practices and has a deep knowledge of what types of stories perform best on each platform. You have the ability to take a single story and package it in different ways on each platform to ensure optimal performance.

  •   Create cross-platform social promos for live events, special series or big guests including talent-driven content
  •   Identify, monitor and cover breaking news, live events and top global stories
  •   Pitch creative story ideas that will resonate with your audience

  •   Experience covering breaking news; strong editorial judgment

  •   Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills
  •   Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro; a firm grasp of complementary Adobe Creative Cloud software including Photoshop is an asset
