Bloomberg BNA’s Big Law Business seeks columnists/contributors

Big Law Business is seeking freelance journalists and industry contributors to write about the business of law.

Our site features breaking news, analysis, blog posts, video and contributor commentary around the issues that matter most to leaders of the largest U.S. law firms and the in-house law departments they serve. We also have a podcast that we just recently started.

For a full About Us section, click here.

Big Law Business is a public-facing national platform that publishes a mix of original-reported stories as well as Bloomberg and Bloomberg BNA articles. Our site’s content also is featured as a news feed on the Bloomberg Terminal for financial and legal customers.

For journalists, we pay competitive rates, while industry contributors write to have a voice in the legal community.

Topics include but are not limited to:

• Law firm management • Law firm mergers • Cybersecurity • Legal technology • Diversity and Inclusion • Law schools • Legal marketing and communications • In-house law departments • Big data • Laterals and other hiring trends • Associates • Human interest stories on lawyers in Big Law • New business models in the law

Ideal industry contributor candidates are in-house counsel, law firm leaders, legal technologists and law professors.

If you’re interested, please contact us at biglawbusiness@bna.com.
