Downtown Milwaukee is experiencing a renaissance, as are several city neighborhoods. Numerous mixed-use developments are transforming suburban communities.
The reporter’s real estate coverage will include real estate deals, development projects, industry trend stories, market data analysis and feature stories on people in the real estate industry.
The reporter will be responsible for tracking public records and local government and building a network within the southeastern Wisconsin commercial real estate industry.
Reporting responsibilities will also include general assignment work. The candidate must also be adept at using multimedia tools and demonstrate a track record for building audience and engaging with followers on social media.
