Include just the pitch, a solid description of the recipe (ingredients, any special notes about method), and a little about yourself/your experience.
The biggest repeat issue I’m seeing so far is that most are pitches about people with a dish thrown in at the end. Please focus your pitch on a specific recipe for a particular dish. I already know you all love your moms and grandmas.

- And Claire Saffitz updated her Aunt Tilly’s coffee cake recipe

- Write a short introduction about yourself
Include a paragraph highlighting your writing experience, relevant credentials and publication credits
